Individual’s Pre-Interview Intellect Ratings, is the First of its kind initiative by ICHR to Intellectually Rate its available Human Resource. This will ensure that each and every privately working Executive will now need “No Interviewing” and be unnecessarily subjected to prolonged Group Discussion sessions, which have been objected by many executives for its irrelevance to the actual Job selection criteria.
How will IPIR ratings be awarded?
Through eHR Consulates™ (ICHR’s Regd.& Globally Patented Project): ICHR through its affiliates, will profile all working Indian Executives and job aspiring candidates in real time by digitally evaluating their CV’s, Professional Milestones, Background Checks, Capturing SELFIDEOs, Voice & Handwriting mapping for hidden personality traits through dynamic psychological tools developed on HR ratings. The process includes Pre-Interviewing (on over 18 different human behaviors) prior to their placements in respective jobs, or even while applying and following these executives through their workplaces as a catch-all information gathering software program (Tracker), once they are successfully placed in companies. All profiled and rated executives would be allotted with unique IPIR (Individual’s Pre-Interview Intellect Ratings) numbers which would capture the Actual work-level skills of employees so that any organization can easily identify skills of its employees; when either they have a vacancy OR they are to carry out Annual Appraisals. This will be achieved by forming several consortiums of HR Executives on Pan India Levels and go for “Regional Level Interviewing” for better transparency and availability of Good and Quality Manpower apart from rating each and every Interviewee, for being absorbed at the Local Levels of the Industrial Base and spread of Private Offices in India based on His/Her actual professional capabilities and past industry experience.
